As one of the most accomplished beach and indoor coaches in California, her teams have had success at the local and national levels. In Kai Beach's first two seasons in 2022 and 2023, Marietta coached players to earn bids to AVP nationals, several medals at the CBVA tournaments in Santa Cruz, and medal finishes at the Monterey Tournament. Many of Marietta's former players have gone on to compete at the collegiate level for beach including UCLA, Stanford, Cal Poly, San Jose St., LMU, Santa Clara, UC Davis, and Pacific.
Marietta founded Red Rock Volleyball Club in Redwood City, where she coached for over a decade and led all her teams (14s–18s) to Junior Nationals in either the Open or National divisions. Under her leadership, her Red Rock 18-1 teams had numerous accomplishments at USAV Junior Nationals including two top 10 national finishes in the Open division and a bronze medal in the National division, #1 place finishes in the Northern California league region, and medal finishes in the Open division at the Triple Crown NIT and major qualifiers including Far Westerns and Pacific Northwest.
She later expanded Red Rock to the Walnut Creek/Danville area where she continues to develop a top-performing program. In the 24–25 season, her Red Rock 16-1 team finished 1st in the Northern California Regional Championships and qualified for Junior Nationals. In the 23–24 season, her 15-1 team placed 2nd at the Pacific Northwest Qualifier, earning a bid to the Girls' Junior National Championship, and took 3rd at Regionals, achieving a double qualification. The prior year, her 14-1 team finished in the top 5 in Northern California and qualified for Junior Nationals—a notable accomplishment in just the second year.
